Leverage Turn-Key Solutions
Landau Gage Inc. provides turn-key solutions for full automated inline inspection of your components. We can provide automated gages along with full integration into new or existing lines.
Turn-key solutions have the advantage of saving time and resources that would otherwise be spent on custom development. These solutions are often designed to be user-friendly and require minimal training to use, reducing the learning curve for employees.
Landau Gage has been providing inspection solutions for customers since 1978.

Quicker Throughput with Solartron Metrology Sensors
Solartron Sensors provide quicker throughput in gauging and automation. Check up to 200 points at once with high accuracy and repeatability. Digital sensors come pre-calibrated, and can easily be connected to a PC or PLC via the Orbit network.
3mm Diameter Probe from Solartron Metrology
Solartron Metrology offers a full array of thinner body probes to check any dimension within a tight space. This includes the world’s only 3mm diameter LVDT, which has been used for gauging these high tolerance parts. Check multiple points in a small area, or tiny ridges.
Solartron Block Gauge checking 2 Inner Diameters
This application video is courtesy of Landau Gage in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. (www.landaugage.com) It shows Solartron Block Gauges checking two different inner diameters for a component. Data is then instantly sent to a PC or PLC via the Orbit Network.
Robot Gauging Application with the Solartron Orbit Network and OGS4
This video is courtesy of Landau Gage (www.landaugage.com) in Windsor, Ontario, Canada. It demonstrates a robot cell where air gauging is used to check critical dimensions of a pinion carrier. For this, 36 Solartron Air Gauge Modules are utilized for accurate, synchronized readings into the Orbit Network. Data tracking and robot handshaking is performed with Orbit Gauge Software 4.0.
